To the Worshipfull the Chairman and the rest
of the Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex att the General Quarter Session's
of the Peace held for the said County att Hick's
hall in St. John Street on Monday the 11th
day of October 1736

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers for the Poor of the parish of St
Bridgett otherwise Brides London and the Inhabitants
thereof

Sheweth


That by Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Thomas Clarges< no role > and Thomas Rea< no role > Esqrs
Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Midlesex (One being of the Quorum) bearing
date the seventeenth day of September last Elizabeth
Neale
< no role > Widdow and relict of John Neale< no role > deceased
together with her Two Children (to wit) Elizabeth< no role >
and Sarah< no role > by her said late husband were removed
from the parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the said County
of Midlesex to the parish of Saint Bridgett otherwise
Brides London as the Place of their last legall
Settlement Whereby your Petitioners thinck themselves
Agreived

Your Petitioner therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the said Warrant and pray that
this Court will Appoint a time to hear and determine
the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall pray Etc
