The humble Petition & Appeale of Thomas
Perkin

Sheweth


That on or about the Eleventh day of June
last your Petr. was Convicted before Valentine Hilder< no role > Esqr.
one of his Maties Justices of the peace for the City &
Liberty of Westmr in the said County upon the Oath of
Hugh Davis< no role > a Master Shoemaker for Suffering himself
to be retained & employed by another Person before he
had finished a pair of Shoes for which he was
retained I employed by the said Hugh Davis< no role > to make

Thatyor. Petr.by ye Adjudication of the said
Justice of the Peace yor. Petr. was Adjudged to be Comitted
to the house of Correction to hard Labour for the Space
of Fourteen days

Yor. Petr. therefore thinking himself aggrieved
by the said Conviction & Adjudication of the said Justice
of the Peace Appeales to this Court against
the same

And yor. Petr. Etc
