At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John street in the
County aforesaid on Monday the nineteenth day of July in the tenth yeare
of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the hearing & determining the matter of
the within written petition and appeale be and the same is hereby
adjourned untill the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden
for this County, And that the within named Hugh Davis< no role > (upon notice of
the said petition and appeale and of this Order) and all persons
concerned do attend the Court of the said next General Quarter
Session of the peace to be holden for the said County by adjornment
on Tuesday the twelfth day of October next at nine of the clock in the
forenoon to heare and abide the Judgment & determination of the
same Court touching the said appeale, And the Justice of the peace
with in named is desired to transmitt the Conviction within mentioned
unto this Court,
