At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord
the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in
St. John Street in the County aforesaid by Adjornment
on Saturday the twenty eighth day of February in the
Ninth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

who were tryed and convicted at this present session upon an
Indictment against them for unlawfully
breaking a certain Out house called the necessary
house of one Phillip Jackson adjorning to the Yard
of the dwelling house of the said Philip are Severally fined
for the Said Offence one Shilling to be Estreated And they
are Ordered to be delivered out of the house of
Correction in Clerkenwell in this County and are
committed to his Maties [..] Goal of Newgate there to be imprisoned for
the Space of one year, and they are Ordered to find
Sufficient Sureties before one of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County for their good behaviour for
the Space of two years to comence from the
expiration of the Said One year then to be delivered
paying their Fees Severally 12s..8d.
