To the Right worshipfull his Majesties Justices of
the peace for the County of Midd in General
Sessions Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Great Marlow
in the County of Bucks

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of Sir Thomas Reynell< no role > Bart. and Brent Reynell< no role >
Spiller Esqr. two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the
said County of Midd bearing date the Fourth day of Feburary
instant William Smith< no role > was removed and conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Shepperton in the County of Midd
aforesaid to the said Parish of Great Marlow in the said
County of Bucks as the legal Place of Settlement of the
said William Smith< no role >

Your Petitioners concerving themselves aggreived [..]
by the said Order of the said two Justices of the
peace humbly appeal to this Court against the
same and pray this Court will appoint a Day
this present sessions for the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Shepperton
aforesaid and all other parties concerned to
attend this Court to hear & abide the
Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal.

And Your Petitioners shall ever
