our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the County of Middlesex aforesaid on Monday
the Twenty third day of February in the Ninth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the
within named George Hudd< no role > have Notice of this
Petition and that he do Attend this Court on
Saturday next at ten of the Clock
in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment
and determination of this Court concerning the
matters contained in the said Petition
