The King agt. Francis Lamborn< no role > who standsindicted
Indicted by the name of Francis Lambeth< no role > for an
Assault upon one Edward Welsh< no role > since deceased.

Jane Woodyer< no role > of the Parish of St. Ann in the Liberty of Westmr.
& County of Middlesex Widow Maketh Oath That about Six Years
age the sd. Francis Lamborn< no role > & the sd. Edward Welsh met at this
Deponts. House where they drank & shook Hands together in a
very friendly Manner & the sd. Edward Welsh< no role > then declared That
the he had indicted the sd. Francis at Hicks Hall for Assault
yet he would not prosecute him for the same or to that Effect
And this Depont. further Saith, That she several Times afterwards
heard the sd. Edward Welsh< no role > declare to the same purpose & also That
he was glad That the sd. Francis had not indicted him the sd
Edward Welsh< no role > for assaulting him the sd. Francis And this Depont.
further saith That She saw the Curate Church Wardens &
Parish Clerk & Register of the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in
the County of Middx herewhose Names are subscribed to
the Certificate Servant annexed severally & respect [..]
sign the same & that their Names thereunto subscribed
are of their respective Hand Writings And this Depont. Jane
Woodyer further saith That the sd Edwd. Welsh< no role > is the same person who is mentioned in
the annexed Certificate.
