To the Right Worshipfull his Majestyes Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx in there Generall
Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Snitterfeld in
the County of Warwick

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of Thomas Cotton< no role > This name instance is in set 3506. and Owen Davies< no role > Esqr.
two of his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster (Whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing
date the twenty third day of Augt. last past John Jordon< no role > Margtt.
his Wife and their two Children (that is to say) John aged
upwards of three years and Thomas aged upwards of One year
were removed from the Parish of Saint John the Evangelist in
the City of Westminster in the said County of Middx unto the
said Parish of Snitterfeld Alledging the said Parish of
Snitterfeld to be their last legall place of Settlement

That your Petrs. conceiving themselves agreived by
the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices Do
therefore Appeal to yor. Worshipps therefrom And
humbly Pray that you will be pleased to hear them
in the premisses And Order that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. John
the Evangelist may Appear before you at a Certain
day to be Appointed to hear & Abide the Judgment &
determinacon of yor. Worshipps touching this
Appeal
