Whereas Complaint hath been
made unto us two of his Majties: Justices
of the peace for the Sd: County One being of ye
(Quor. [..] )by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary
White Chappell in ye County of Middlesex That
Alice Ruston< no role > Wife of Richard Ruston< no role > together wth.
Sarah< no role > their Daughter Aged One Year and a Half
and John< no role > thir Son Aged Three Months the
Lawfull Issue of ye said Richard Alice are
lately come into ye said parish Endeavouring to
Settle therein contrary to Law And that they
are likely to be Chargeable to the Sd:
parish Wee the Sd: Justices upon
Examination of the premises and of the
said Alice Ruston< no role > upon Oath do
Adjudge the Same to be true And that
the last place of the Legal Settlement
of the Sd: Alice Ruston< no role > and her Two
Children is in the parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate in the County
of Middlesex

These are therefore in
his Majties: Name to command you on sight
hereof to remove and convey the Sd: Alice
Ruston
< no role > and her Two Children
from and out of the said psh of Saint Mary
White Chappell to the Sd: parish of Saint
Botolph wth.out Aldgate and deliver Them to the
ChurchWardens and Overseers of the poor there
or to one of them who are hereby required
to receive and provide for Them according
to Law Given under our Hands & Seals
the 29th day of November [..] 1735

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Mary White Chappell in the County of Middlesex
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Botolph wth.out Aldgate in the said County of
Middlesex
