Take notice That I intend to surrender my
self at the next generall session of the peace to be held by
adjournment for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
In Saint John Street on Fryday next being the Twelfth day
of this Instant December at Ten of the Clock In the forenoon
and will then and there plead guilty to the Indictment by you
prefeired against me for an Assault and So forth Dated this
Ninth day of December 1735
