did personally serve Richards Crooke< no role > one of the prosecutors in this
Cause with a true Coppy of the Notice & order hereunto Annexed
at his Office in the East [..] dia ware House on Tower Hill and
further saith that he this Depont. also personally served
Silvester Brannard< no role > will the like Notice & order at his Lodgings
in Hedge Lane in the Liberty of Westmr & County aforesad. And
further saith that he this Depont. said personally serve James Higgins< no role > an other
Prosecutor in this Cause with the like Notice & order at the Prince
Prince's of Oranges Sign in the Hay market in the Sd. County
And also personally served Henry Clark< no role > will the like Notice &
order at the Lord Forbs's Stables in King Street Westmr.
And this Depont. further saith that he did also leave the
like Notice & order with Henry Clark< no role > at the Sd. Lord Horbe's
Stables in King Street aforesaid to be given to John Price< no role >
an other of the prosecutors in this Cause who Acknowledged the
Receipt thereof unto this Depont. And further saith that
he this Depot. did serve the severall prosecutors in this cause
with the Sd. Notices & order on Wednesday the 15th. day of this
Instant October in the forenoon of the same day And further
saith that he this Depont. did make dilligent Search & Enquiry
after Jane Lewis< no role > [..] Prosecutor in this Cause in order to
sewe a true Coppy [..] of the Sd. Notice & order on her the Sd.
Jane Lewis< no role > but could not find her the Sd. Jane her lodging
a place of abode
