in the County aforesaid by Adjorunment on Tuesday
the fourteenth day of October in the ninth year of the
reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain Etc

have at this
present Sessions of Oyer & Terminer pleaded not
guilty respectively to an Indictment against them for
keeping a Comman ill Governed and disorderly house
at the Parish of St. Martins in the Fields
in the said
County And they praying that they may be at
Liberty to try their said Traverser on the said
Indictment at this present Sessions It is ordered
by this Court that the said Defendants be at Liberty
to try their said Traverse upon the said Indictment
on Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon
of the same Day And Notice of the Order & of the
Said Tryal is forthwith to be given to the prosecutor
or prosecutors of the said Indictment
