for the said County (one being of
the Quorum) bearing date the twenty second day of March
1734 Your Petitioner Stands adjudged the Father of a
Female Bastard Child born of the Body of
Sarah Hudson< no role >
in the Parish of St: James Clerkenwell
in the said County
which sd. Order was not Served on yor. Petr. til the first day of Septr. constant
That your Petitioner humbly conceives, himself
agreived by the said Order of the said two Justices and doth appeale to this Court [..] same and
Prays that a day may be appointed in this present
General Sessions for Vacating the said Order and that
all Persons concerned may be Ordered to attend
