At the General Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the
County aforesaid on Monday the twenty fifth day of August in-
the ninth yeare of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the-
second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that notice of this petition, and Order be given to
the within named William Cook< no role > , And that the Keeper of the House
of Correction at Clerkenwell [..] in this County doe bring the said
William Cook< no role > in safe Custody before this Court on Friday the
twelfth day of September next at nine of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide the Judgment and determination of
this Court touching the matters contained in the said petition
