Take notice that I intend to appear at the session of
Oyer & terminer to be holden by Adjornment for the
County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the same County on Thursday the twenty eighth

forenoon of the Same day and will then & there Try
my Traverse upon the Indictment by you preferred
against me for an Assault with an Intent to Ravish
