John Shaw< no role > Puiadilly in the parish of St. James Westmr.
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath That he
hath made the utmost inquiry he is capable of after the
place of abode of the prosecutor of this Indictment Alexander
Boyes & he can't find out where he lived or last lodged &
he further Says that he hath on Such inquiry ask the
Bail of the Said Alexander Boyes< no role > at the prosecution of
these Defendants Mr. Hunt & Mr. Peck if they Knew
where he lodged and they could not tell as they both
informed this Depont. & the Said Mr: Hunt went
with this Depont. on Saturday last about eleven
of the Clock in the Forenoon & was present when
this Depont. did deliver a true copy of the Notice in
Writing hereunto annexed to Mr. Thomas Gale< no role > who
isAttorney or Solicitor for the Prosecutor
