Maketh [..] orchard Saith that he this Dept. did on Saturday the
twenty Eight day of June last Serve the Said Prosecutor with two
Copy of the notice hereunto annexed by Putting one of the Said Notices
thro' Widow by the Stairs foot And the other thro' another Window
belonging to the house where the Said Mr. Goal the Prosecutor lately
lived And how has the Said house in her Possion And who hath lately
been Seen to come to the Said house about a Week Agoe as this Dept.
was Informed by the Neighbours there And this Dept. further Saith that
he did also on Saturday last Personally Serve Mr. Theobalds the Younger
with a true Copy of the Said Notice hereunto Annexed which Said Mr.
Theobolds Acts as attorney or Sollinitor for the Said Mrs. Geal the
Prosecutor and is a Witness upon the Indictment as this Dept. hath been
Informed and beleives And this Dept. further Saith that he hath made
Diligent Enquiry after the Said Mary Geal in order to have Served her
Personally Cutt could not find her nor any other place of abode then as
before Sett forth for that She absconds or Secreets herself as this Dept.
is Likewise Informed and beleives.
