in the County of Middx Baker Maketh Oath that on Saturday last being the 24th day of this Instant August
about Eight of the Clock in the Moarning he this Depont. went
to the late Dwelling House of the Prossecutrices Father in Brick
lane near Hyde Park Corner in Order to Serve her the Said Mary
with Notice in Writing (A true Coppy whereof is hereunto Annexed)
But this Depont. found that a padlock was on the Street door
of the Sd. House, the Said Mary & her Father having Fled for
Fear of being prosecuted for Felony as the Neighbours there abouts
Inform'd this Depont. And the Sd. Mary being discharged from
the Prison of the Gate House wherein she had been confined this
Depont. cannot find out where she the Sd. Mary May< no role > be found
Since her leaveing the Sd. House in Bricklane aforesd. And that
