Take notice that I will appear at the next General Sessions
of the peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in and for the County of Middlesex on Tuesday next
being the Twenty Seventh day of this Instant August
at ten of the Clocke in the Forenoon of the same day
and will then and there Try my Traverse upon the
Indictment by you preferred against me at the last July
Sessions held at Hicks Hall aforesaid for the said County for
unlawfully receiving the several things therein particularly
mentioned and Specified as your Properly well Knowing
the same to have been Stolen Dated this lb/>day of August 1734.
