At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the Eighth day of
July in theseventh yEighth year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Constable Churchwarden
Overseers of the poor Scavengers & Inhabitants of the parish
of St. James Clerkenwell in this County & also the within named Thomas Aural< no role > have notice of this
appeale, And that they & all other persons concerned doe
attend this Court on Thursday next at ten of the clock
in the forenoon to heare & abide the Judgment and
determation of this Court touching the said appeale,
