To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx Assembled in
Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall in & for the sd. County

The Humble Peticon & Appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the
County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by Vertue of an Order under the hands & Seales of two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 14th day of Decr. last Elizth. Findall< no role > Widw
of Jno Findall< no role > & Wm< no role > his Child by a former wife deced & her three Children
by a former husband Jno. Higgenbotham< no role > deced (Vizt. George< no role > Aged 10 yrs.
Sarah< no role > Aged 8 Yeares & Jno.< no role > Aged 6 Yearee were removed from the
Parish of St. Giles in the Feilds in the County aforesd. to the sd. Parish
of St. Clemt. Danes as the Place of their last Legall Settlemt. whereby your
Petrs. conceive themselves to be Agrieved as to so much & such part of ye
sd. Order as relates to the Settlemt. of the sd. George & Sarah two of ye
Children by the former husbd. as in the sd. Order menconed your Petrs.
Appeale therefrom.

Therefore your Petrs. most humbly pray that a Short day
may be Appointed this Present Sessions to hear & determine
the mre touching the sd. Appeale

And your Petrs shall ever pray
