In a Case where Mrs. Mary Edward< no role > is bounde
with others to prosecute this Sessions against one Eliz:
Temple< no role > on a Suspition of Felony I humbly entreat the
favour that the Recognizance entrd into by the
prosecutors as also those by Temple & her sureties may
be respited till the next Sessions Mrs. Edwards the
owner of the goods being to my own certain knowledge
So very ill at Kensington that She cannot possibly
appear to prosecute without the almost danger of
her life I begg you will please to give directions
to Mr. Wilkinson according and you will
infinitely obliget
