To The Rt. Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices
of the peace for the County of Middx in their Generall
Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Peticon & Appeale of
Thomas Lynall< no role > of the Parish of St
Mary White Chapple in the County of
Middx Cook .

Sheweth

That Yor. Petr. Rents a House of Twelve
Pounds a Yeare in the Said Parish and is Charged
Two Shillings and Two pence Pr. Month for and
Towards the necessary Releife of the Poor of the
Said Parish That yor. Petr. hath a Great Family-
to Maintaine and in, Very Low Circumstances and-
hath, nothing but what he Getts by his Labour and-
Industry whereby he is Intirely unable to Pay the-
Said Rate and yor Petr. further Settsforth, that he-
Never was Assessed More than One Shilling and-
Six Pence P Month, And that Severall of his-
Neighbours who Live in Houses of Greater Rents
and in better ability do not pay So much as he
Now Stands Assessed.

Therefore Yor. Petr. thinks himselfe
Aggreived and humbly Appeals-
against the Same And prays to
be Releived in the Premisses as
Yor. Worships Great Wisdom, &
Justice Shall Seem Meet.

And Yor. Petr. as in Duty bound will ever pray Etc
