To the Rt. Worshipfull his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx in
their Generall Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The Hble Peticon & Appeale of
Samuel Jones< no role > of the parish of St. Mary
White Chapple in the sd. County Labourer

Sheweth

That your Petr. Rents a house of Five pounds
a Year in the said Parish and is Charged One Shilling
Pr Month for and Towards the Necessary Releife of the
Poor of the Said Parish. That yor Petr. hath a Great
Family to Maintain, and in very Low Circumstances
and hath, Nothing but what he getts by his Labour &
Industry whereby he is Intirely unable to pay the said
Rate And Yor. Petr. further Setts forth that he hath-
Lived in the Said Parish for Severall Years and
by reason of his great poverty was never Rated-
or Assesed in any Respect whatsoever for and towards
the Releife of the Said Poor.

Therefore yor. Petr. thinks himself
Aggreived and humbly Appeals against
the Same and Prays to be releived in
the Premisses as your Worships-
Great Wisdom, & Justice Shall-
Seem meet.

And Yor. Petr. as in Duty Bound Shall ever pray Etc
