Ann Miller< no role > , wife of Samuel Miller< no role > of Table Street in the Parish of Saint
George in the East Waterman maketh Oath That [..]
this Deponanton Wednesday the 27th. of June last She
this Deponant & left Notice in Writing at ye Dwelling house
of the said Richard Mathews< no role > purporting That the said
Mary Brickwood< no role > would appear in this Court on Saturday
following and plead guilty to the Indictment he had preferr'd
against her the sd. Mary-And this Deponant saith That
last Saturday Night She this Depont. asked the sd. Mathews
why he did not attend this Court according to the sd.
Notice & this Deponant told him That the sd. Defendt.
did not plead guilty because he the sd. Mathews was
not in Court, whereupon he the sd. Mathews sold this
Depont. That he had received the sd. Notice but he
thought She the sd. Defendt. had received punishment
enough by her Confindmt. in New Prison , & that he
never would appear against her to prosecute the sd.
Indictment.
