It is Ordered by this Court that the hearing & determining the
matter of the within written peticon be and the same is hereby
adjourned untill the next General Quarter sessions of the peace to be
holden for this County, And that the within named John Chapling< no role >
(upon service of a copy of the said peticon & of this Order ) doe
attend the Court of the said next sessions to be holden for the
said County by adjornment on Tuesday the eighteenth day of
April next at eleven of the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide
the Judgment & determinacon of the same Court touching the matters
