have been confind in Newprison
and Clarkenwell
Bridwell
, upwards of five Months, and now lies for
fees, and in a miserable starving condition , having
no friends in ye world to come near yr Petitioner

your Worships to be so pleasd out of ye:
Innate Goodness, to Order yr

without fee, or Else he must
