at such intervening Sessions as aforesaid his
Recognizance for his appearing & prosecuting at
the ensueing Quarter Sessions for westminster
may stand forfeited and be estreated for his
not appearing & prosecuting there, whereby such
prosecutor would be very much aggreived &
oppressed, And that an instance of this kind
had already lately happened, which the said
Court die deem to be a great greivance, And in
Order to prevent as well the inconveniencys as the
greivances aforesaid for the future, It was Ordered
by the said Court that the aforesaid matters
should be taken into consideracon on this prsent
Thursday the thirteenth day of January instant
being the County day the first busyness after
dinner, And the said matters now comeing on
to be debated & considered of by this Court, This
Court upon hearing of what was alledged in
rolacon thereunto and on consideracon had of
the premisses Doth hereby Order that it be And
It is hereby Recomended unto his Maties Justices of
the peace of this County that they oblige all
Persons (who ought to prosecute Offenders charged
for felonys or other capital Offences) to be bound by
Recognizance to preferr their Bills of Indictment
against suchIndictmeOffenders at the next Sessions
of the peace for this County aftertheytheir being soe
