so that the said Mr. Wallers disbursements according to the said Account Exceed his
receipts by the Sumo of £5..12..6½

And the said Committee observeing by this Account That some arrears of
Trophy money Standing out on a former Account were received thought it
Necessary to look back to the preceeding Accounts of Trophy money Entred in the
same book with the Account now under Examination, and thereby do find That
the Trophy money was Levyed in this County Surressively for Six Years Ending
at Midsumer 1720 (Michael La Roche< no role > Esqr . being then Treasurer ) And That the
Accounts thereof were Annually Stated or Certifyed And that after the Death of the
said Mr. La Roche vizt. 13 January 1723 One General Account was Stated touching
the said Six Years Trophy money to bring the whole to one Ballance, by which
Acct. the Sume of £454..1..3½ is returned or allowed for Arrears of Trophy
money, of which Arrears onely £172..6..9½ is received in the Subsequent Accts.
So that there remains un accounted for of those Arrears £281..14..6 besides the
sume of £193..14..10½ remaining due from the said Mr. La Roche at his Death
and which the Committee hath been [..] Informed was never paid for want of Assetts.

And the Said Comittee find that the Trophy money for One year in this
County (Exclusive of the Tower division ) amounts to £368..15..2 and was
again Levyed in 1721 the Account of which the said Committee find was
certifyed also on the Said 13th. January 1723 and thereon £112..7..0 returned in
ArrearThe next Levy of Trophy money was for the year 1725 of which
£193..19..1½ was returned in Arrear the 4th. June 1728 when that account was
certifyed; After which the Trophy money was again Levyed for the year 1728,
touching which Mr. Waller has givenhas givenin the aforesaid Acct.

And the said Committee find that of the said £112..7..0 Arrears
for 1721 the sume of £26..1..4 was reced & Charged in the next Acct. So
that the remainder is

Of the £193..19..1½ Arrears for 1725 reced £10..9..11 remains183..9..2½

And of the Trophy Money for 1728 Mr. Waller returns in Arrear228..16..1½

Which three Sumes remaining in Arrear of the Trophy Money
for those three Years only do amount to} £498..11..0 [..]

And the Said Comittee haveing Extracted from the said Several Accts. a [..]
of the Arrears due from each Parish or division have thereunto Annexed the Same
whereby it appears that of Eighty Parishes or Divisions Sixty two of them are in
Arrear.

There were produced to the said Committee Vouchers Evidencing the
disbursements in Mr. Wallers Accot. but of the £5..5..7 therein Charged as paid [..]
Mr. Waller for a bill of disbursments it appeared by such bill That 1..15..3 was
for Coach hire and Porters to Sumon a Board to Address his Majesty and for Vell [..]
for the Address £1..19:4 for Law charges, Sloane agt. Pawlet and £1..11 for Coach his
& Porteridge & Petty Expences on Accot. of the board for a Year to Christmas 1730.
