and Seals of four or more of such Justices unless where it shall appear to
the Justices at their Quarter sessions that the Treasurer hath absconded faild
or is dead and there by Such Account cannot be passed.

The questions which arose before Your Committee upon Considering
the said Account were these.

1stWhether According to the Intent & meaning of the said statute of the 4th. & 5thof
the Late Queen,AndAn Account of the Trophy Money may or Ought to be allowed by
the Sessions, where in any arrears are returned unless it be made to Appear
That such Arrears cannot be recovered, orin other words

Whether or no the said £498:11:Appearing to be in Arrear as aforesaid
ought to be collected & Accounted for or satisfaction given to the sessions that
the same cannot be recovered before any Account be allowed by the sessions
or certifyed, so as to give Colour till then for any further Levy of Trophy Money

2dlyWhether all or which of the disbursements charged by MrWaller ought
to be allowed as or for Amunition or Necessarys touching the Militia
those being the only purposes for which the Trophy Money is to be raised
by the said Statutes, But Your Comittee conceiving these Questions
proper for the Consideration of the whole Cornicon Crave Leave to Submit
the Same to them.
