the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of Ye
Parish of St. Bartholemew ye: Great
London

That by Virtue of an Order on Pass Warrant under [..]

Esqr . Two of His Majty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx (Quor nunc) bearing Date the Tw [..]
Second Day of July last past Edmund Carlile< no role > with his [..]
four Children, Vizt. Lettisse < no role > nine Years old, Margaret< no role > ag [..]
Seven years, Elizabeth< no role > aged about five years & Edmund< no role >
aged about three years & an half, were removed from
the Parish of St. Giles Cripplegate without the Said
County of Middx unto the Said Parish of St. Barthew & [..]
Great London , alledging the Said Parish of St. Barthew
the Great to be the Place of their last legall Settlemt.

That yor Peticonrs. Conceiving themselves
agrieved by the Said Warrant or Order of the sd
Two Justices Do therefore appeale to your
Worps therefrom, & humbly pray that your
Worps will be pleased to hear them in the
prmisses; & Order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Giles without Cripplegate ye sd. County of Middx
may appear before you, at a certain Day to be
appointed to hear & abide the Judgment and
Determinacon of yor. Worps touching this Appeale.
