Whereas the Church wardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of Badley in the County of
Northton exhibited their humble peticon and
appeale unto this Court [..] Fridayat this prsent
General Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for
the County of Middx by adnornment on Friday
the thirtyeth day of April last setting forth that
by an Order under the hands & seales of John
Wilson
< no role > & Richard Lilly< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for the sd. County of Middx
(Quor unus) bearing date the eighth day of
March last Moses Newman< no role > & Elizabeth < no role > his wife
were removed from the parish of Wilsdon in the
said County of Middx to the said parish of Badley
as the place of their last legal settlement, And
that the Petrs. thought themselves aggrieved by the
Judgment of the said two Justicesandappealed
to this Court against the same, and prayed that
this Court would be pleased to appoint a day
to heare & determine the same, Whereupon
It was by an Order made by this Court on
the said thirtyeth day of April last Ordered
by this Court that the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
Wilsdon should have notice of the sd. appeale
And that they & all persons concerned should
