of the peace to be holden at Hicks hall in St. John Street in & for the County of Middx
(by Adjornmtt. on Fryday [..] the eleaventh day of July instant at tenn of the
Clock in the Forenoon of the same day, And then & there relinguish my
former plea of Not Guilty to the Indictmt. you preferred against me for an
Assault (as pretended) on you And plead Guilty to the same Indictmt. (on
Account of my Poverty) Dated the 5th. day of July 1729
