Dothappointnominate & appoint JamesGeorge
Harrison
< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County to be Trearer for
maimed Soldiers & Mariners for the said
Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne & Istleworth
for the remainder ofin the room & place
of the said Mr. Harman, who is hereby
desired & directed to deliver the said Rate and pay over what Sume
P Sumes of money (if any) [..] are
remaining in his hands on accounts of
mained Soldiers & Mariners unto the Said Mr. Harrison
whose receipt shall be a sufficient discharge
to the said Mr. Harman for such Payment,
And this Court doth hereby Order & require
all high Constables within the Said Hundreds
forthwith to raise andtopay over the moneys assessed [..] by the
Said Rate upon the severall parishes &
places within their respective Districts (which
are in arreare & have not been by them paid to the
said Mr. Harman) unto the said Mr. Harrison
whose receipts Shall be Sufficient discharges
to the said high Constables for suchtheir
respectivepayments, as Shall be by them
respectively made to the said Mr. Harrison,
And for the effectual raiseing of such moneys
assessed by the said Rate as are yet in
arreare as aforesaid It is here by recomended
unto the Said Mr. Harrison forthwith to issue
