Whereas George Harman< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties.
Justices of the peace for this County was by an
Order made by the Court ofat theGenerall QuarterGenerall
Sessions of the peace holder for this County in
the week next after Easterlastone thousand
Seven hundred & twenty eight appointed
Trearer for maimed soldiers & mariners for
the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne and
Istleworth in the said County for the same
yeare, And a Rate was made by the said Court
upon the severall Parishes & places within the
said Hundredsfor releife of such mained
Soldiers & Mfor raiseing of moneys for releif
of Such mained Soldiers & Mariners for the yeare
aforesaid, Now upon informacon given unto
this Court thatthe said Mr. Harrison hath
issued forth precepts in order to raisethe moneys
assessed by the said Ratehat that mostor a
considerable part thereof is yetto the sd. Mr. Harman in arreare & Unpand
And that by reason of some Urgent affaires
of very great importance he cannotporfo
proceed in the said Office of Trearer without
great is convenience to himselfe, It is at his
request Ordered by this Court that the said
Mr. Harman be and he is hereby discharged
from his said office of Trearer , And this Court
