daily frequents, who promised that she would take care to-
give if to the sd: Peters for that she was seldom a day
wth: out seeing him And this Depont: [..] the said Charles
Barton< no role > saith that on Fryday the 12th: day of this instant
Janry . he this Depont. saw the sd. Peters at ye house of sd. Wicks and told him
that he would bring on his Traverse in this Court as of
Yesterday or this Day and this Depont. further saith that he
hath made diligent enquiry [..] for ye. sd: Moses Peter's
lodgings but can by no means find ye: same
