that not apprehending himself obliged to attend

Old Baily
next after the time of his being so bound
over & therer attended during the whole Sessions
And this Depont further maketh Oath that he never
had any Notice from the prosecutor Mary Fox< no role >
or any
other person on their behalf to attend at the Sessions
at Hicks hall
or give any Evidence there on any
Bill to be preferred For the Felony aforesd & this
Depont further Maketh Oath that he this Depont
knoweth nothing of the Felony above menconed
save only the confession of the sd Commins before the
sd Mr Chocks of wth the sd Fox knew as mush as
this Depont. to the best of his beleife she being then
present at the time of such confession
