this prsent Sessions made diligent Search and
inquiry to paid out Elizabeth Mellish< no role > '. the
psecutor of the Indictment agt the said Debt
at the house & place where thos depont was-
credibly informed that she lodged, [..]
to give her notice of the Defts trying this
traverse upon the said Indictment this
prsent Sessions, but this Deponent could not
meet with the said psecutor or find and
the place of her residence or Lodging to
give her such notice although he hath used
his atmost endeavour therein
