Martin Leak< no role > and P: Wiilshire Esqrs Two of His Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quor unus)
removed and Conveyed from the Hamlett of Mile End Old
Town in the Parish of Stepney in the County of Middx to the
said Parish of Stocken Pelham in the County of Hertford

Yor. Petrs humbly Conceive themselves
agrieved thereby And do Appeal from
the Judgement of the said Two Justices
to the Judgement of this Honble Court
and Crave a day of Hearing
