Nathaniell Cureton< no role > of Symonds Inne in the
County of Middx Gent maketh oath that Mr. John
Bennett
< no role > (for whose Appearance at this present Sessions
this Dept. and Mr. Terence Cossley< no role > did enter into a
Recognizance before Sr. Thomas Jones< no role > Knt . one of his
Majestys. Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx )
Did soone afterwards goe for the Kingdom of Ireland
as this Depont. hath been credibly informed and doth
verily beleive and Saith the Said Bennett before he
was taken up for the matter for wch. he was so bound
over had made Preparacons for his going to that
Kingdom and told this Depont. that he had sent a
way his Clothes, And this Depont. Knows that there was
money due to the said Bennett in the said Kingdom
wch. was the principal Occasion of his going there as
this Depont. really beleives and this Depont. further
Saith that the said Bennett did promise this Dept.
and the said Mr. Cossley that he wod. appeare according
to his said Recognizance and discharge his Baile But
this Depont. findes the said Bennett hath not yet
returned he haveing made diligent Enquiry at his
last place of abode and among severall persons of his
Acquanitance
