Justices, which appeale was appointed to be heard
& determined by the said Court on Friday the
fourteenth day of the same Month of October , And
by an Order made by the same Court on that day
the heareing & determining of the said appeale
was adjourned untill the then next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County,
And whereas by an Order made at the sd. next
Sessions (to witt) at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for the said County by adjornmt.
on Monday the sixteenth day of January now
last past the heareing & determining of the
said appeale was further adjourned untill this
present Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for this County, Now upon hearing
of what was alledged by Councell for the
Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the sd.
hamlet of Wapping Stepney praying that the
hearing of the said appeale may be further
adjourned This Court upon hearing of
Councell for the Church wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Martin in
the fields Doth Order that the heareing and
determining of the said appeale be further
adjourned untill the next Generall Quarter
sessions of the peace to be holden for this County
And that the Church wardens & Overseers of the
poorofboth of the said parish of St. Martin
in the fields and hamblet of wapping Stepney
and all persons concerned doe attend the Court
