the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St
Giles without Cripplegate
in the sd County of Middx
to the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of ye sd parish of
St Dunstans in
the East
London
Alledging the sd parish to be the place of their
last Legal Settlement
That Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrt and Judgment of the Sd two Justices
and do most humbly appeal to Your Worps therefrom
Your Petrs therefore most humbly pray
that your Worps will be pleased to hear
them in the premisses and appoint a day
in this present Sessions for hearing the Sd
Appeal & Order that the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St Giles
Without Cripplegate
in the Sd County of Middx
& all other parties concerned may then
appear & hear & abide the Judgment &
determinacon of this Court touching
their Sd Appeal
