Take Notice that I intend to move this Prsent
Court of Quarter Sessions to morrow at ten of
the Clock in the forenoon being the fourth Day
of this Instant July that the Recognizance
wherein I am bound to try my Traverse this
Prsent Sessions may be respited untill the
next by Reason that a most Material
Witness in my behalfe cannot attend this Prsent
Sessions.
