prayed the recogn might be Estreated

It was moved the left Sessions but for
want of notice not granted.

The prosecutor never thought fit to
prferr any Indictmt: agt: Mrs. Cooper

Therefore She hopes the Court will
respite it Sine die for as there hath
been us prossecution & if it Shod: be
Estreated the Court of Echeqr: on
a Certifficate wod: discharge it.

But if the Court refuse to respite
it Sine die please to desire it may
be [..] respited till the next Sessions.
