John at Hackney in the County of Middlesex And to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate in the City of London to any of them

Whereas at appears [..] Dolins Knt and Samuel

< no role > Esqr . whose hands and Seals are [..] Set two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx (Quor unus) Upon the
Complaint of you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of St. John at Hackney in the said County that Ann Cooper< no role >
Widow of William Cooper< no role > D [..] ford hath intruded [..] into yor said
parish endeavouring to gain a Settlement there contrary to Law and
in become Chargeable to the same And Whereas it further appeare
into us upon the Examination of the sd. Ann Cooper< no role > taken before Us
upon Oath that she was last legall Settled in the Parish of
St. Botolph without Bishopsgate in the City of London We the sd
Justices Do there fore Adjudge the said parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate to be the place of the last legall Settlement
of the said Ann Cooper< no role > widow of the St. William Cooper < no role > and whither
by Law she ought to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties annex to Authorize & require
you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of Saint John at Hackney or either of You forthwith to remove
and convey the said Ann Cooper< no role > Widow of the St. William Cooper< no role > from
and out of yor said parish into the parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate in the City of London and her to Deliver to the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said parish or either of them who are
hereby required to receive her and provide for her as they do for
other poor of their said parish in he they can be discharged thereof
be due course of Law Given under our Hands and Seals the
13th day of Aprill Anno Din 1727
