WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
us tow of his Majesty,s Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex (Quor unus) by
the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
ofSt. Giles in the Fields in the said County, That
Margaret Wager< no role > wife of David Wager< no role > &
two Children viz Mary< no role > Aged about four Years
and Richard< no role > about two years Old
lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to Settle
there. Contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
Said Justices, and we do adjudge Thatthey areLikely
to become Charge able to the said Parish, and upon Exami-
nation of the said Margaret Wager< no role >
taken upon Oath, it further appeareth unto us,
and we do like wife adjudge, Thatthe Parish of St.
Buttolph without Aldersgate London
is the Place of the last Legal
Settlement of the SaidDavid Wager< no role > and Margt.
his wife and their said Children
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to Charge and
Command. the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish ofSt. Giles in the Fields
forthwith to remove and convey the SaidMargaret
wager
< no role > and the said Children Mary and Richard
from the Said Parish ofSt. Giles in the Field
to the Said
Parish of St. Battolph without Aldersgate and deli-
ver themto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, or to Some or one of them who are hereby re-
quired to provide forthemaccording to Law; Given un-
der our Hands and Seals the 21th: Day ofApril
Anno Dom.1727

To the Church-wardens and Over seers of
the Poor of the respective Parishes of
St. Giles in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex
and St. Buttolph without Aldersgate
London
and to all other Officers whom it may
