Maketh Oath that on the twelfth Day of October One thousand
Seven hundred & twenty three he was sent for to the Lodge in
Endfield Chase in the County of Middx to dress & take care of
Edward Fitz Patrick< no role > who that day had been greivously wounded
by a Shot in so much that on or abt. the eighteenth day of
the sd. Month the sd. Fitz Patrick's Leg having mortifyed was out
off in which Operation this Dept. was assisting. And this Dept.
further saith that the sd. Edward Fitz Patrick< no role > languished of the
said wounding till the twenty sixth day of the sd. Month & these
died & that the sd. wounding was the Cause of the Death of
the sd. Fitz Patrick, as this Dept. verily beleives.
