Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Andrew
Holborne above the Barrs in this County against
an Order under the hands & Seales of Leonard
Streat< no role > & Joseph Hayne< no role > Esqrs. two of his maties.
Justices of the peace (Quorum Unus) for the
County aforesaid beareing date the eighth
day of June last whereby Elizabeth Hartle< no role > an
Infant aged about twelve yeares the daughter
of William Hartle< no role > deced by Sarah< no role > his wife was
removed from the parish of St. Clement Danes in
this County to the said parish of St. Andrew Holborn
beingabout the Barrs being called in the Sd. Order
the parish of St. Andrews Holborne in the County of
Middx as the last legall place of settlement of the
said Elizabeth Hartle< no role > , (the heareing & determining
of which appeale was by Order made at the
last Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for
this County by adjornmt. on Thursday the fourteenth
day of July now last past adjourned untill this
present Generall Sessions of the peace holden for
the same County) And upon heareing of what
was insisted on by Councell for the Inhitants of
the said parish of st. Clement Danes & alsoe by
Councell for the Inhitants of the sd. parish of St. Andrew
