Generall Sessions assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeale of
the Churchwardens & Over seers of
the poor of the Parish of St. Gregory
by St. Pauls in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Orderer Pass Warrant
under the Hands & Seales of Robert Jackson< no role > & Robert
Dennett
< no role > Esqrs Two of his Majtys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing date
the Fifteenth Day of this instant August Mary
Peirson
< no role > Wife of Thomas Peirson< no role > & her four Children
(Vizt) Elizabeth < no role > aged about Eleven Years, Thomas< no role >
aged about five years, Daniel< no role > aged four Years
& Samuel< no role > aged about Ten Months the law full Issue
of the said Thomas Peirson < no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his Wife , were
removed from the Parish of St. mary White Chappell
in the said County of Middx into the said Parish of St.
Gregory by St. Pauls London , alledging the said
Parish of St. Gregory to be the Place of their last legall
Settlement.

That Your Petrs. Conceiving them Selves agreived
by the said Warrant or Order of the said Two
Justices Do therefore appeale to yor. Worps
therefrom And humbly pray that yor. Worps
will be pleased to hear them in the Prmises
& Order That the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Mary
White Chappell in the County of Middx
may appear before you at a certain Day
to be by your Worps appointed, to hear and
abide the Judgment & Determinacond of ye
Worps touching this Appeale
