Whereas by an Order made at the Generall Sessions
of the peace holden for this County by adjornmt.
on Thursday the twenty seventh day of February
in the yeare of our Lord one thousand seven-
hundred & twenty three It was (interal) Resolved
& declared by the Court of the same sessions that
nee Chairman should continue above the space
of our yeare, This Court upon consideracon had
of the same Is of opinion And doth accordingly
Order that soe much of the aforesaid Order as is
above recited be and the same in hereby repeated
& discharged,Nomine contradiconte,
